Before you start your integration, please run through this checklist to ensure you have everything that you need.<\/p>\n

    Access To The Merchant Management System (MMS) <\/strong><\/span>\u2013 please check that you have access<\/span> to the MMS. A merchant super user will have been automatically created when the account<\/span> was initially created \u2013 the details of this account will have been emailed to the account<\/span> owner. We recommend that a dedicated MMS User account be created for the developer \u2013<\/span> this has to be done by the account owner, and can be done from the Account Admin | User<\/span> Admin page in the MMS. The MMS also has useful resources for the developer, and the<\/span> transaction reporting section will allow the developer to view any transactions that they<\/span> process as part of the integration testing. Please note \u2013 the MMS User account details are<\/span> completely separate<\/span> from<\/span> the<\/span> Gateway<\/span> Account details.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Latest Integration Documents <\/strong><\/span>\u2013 please ensure that you have the latest version of the<\/span> integration documents, which are available to download from the Support | Downloads<\/span> section<\/span> in<\/span> the<\/span> MMS.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Latest Integration Code Pack <\/strong><\/span>\u2013 we provide code packs for the most common web languages.<\/span> For each language, we have written an integration library and a fully functional sample<\/span> payment form. The sample payment forms have been designed to be reused wholesale with<\/span> as little modification as possible, but in the event that this is not possible, they demonstrate<\/span> how<\/span> to<\/span> make<\/span> use<\/span> of<\/span> the<\/span> underlying<\/span> integration<\/span> library,<\/span> and<\/span> so<\/span> will<\/span> still<\/span> be<\/span> a valuable<\/span> resource. We recommend that the latest code pack be used. The code pack can be<\/span> downloaded<\/span> from<\/span> the<\/span> MMS<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Test Gateway Account Credentials <\/strong><\/span>\u2013 on registration a test Gateway Account will have been<\/span> created automatically. Details of this account would have been emailed to the account<\/span> owner. Test Gateway Accounts run on exactly the same system as production Gateway<\/span> Accounts, and are designed to mimic production accounts precisely. We recommend that<\/span> merchants perform their integrations against their test Gateway Account. Please note \u2013 the<\/span> Gateway<\/span> Account<\/span> details<\/span> are completely<\/span> separate from<\/span> the MMS<\/span> User<\/span> account<\/span> details.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Additional Account Information <\/strong><\/span>\u2013 if the Hosted Payment Form or Transparent Redirect<\/span> integration method is selected, then the developer will require additional account details \u2013<\/span> namely, the Pre Shared Key, and elected Hash Method. These details can be found in the<\/span> Account Admin | Account Settings page of the MMS. If you have created your developer<\/span> their<\/span> own<\/span> MMS<\/span> User<\/span> account,<\/span> then<\/span> they<\/span> should<\/span> be<\/span> able to<\/span> access<\/span> these<\/span> details<\/span> directly.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Test Card Document <\/strong><\/span>\u2013 a test Gateway Account will only work with the test card numbers<\/span> detailed in this document (conversely, a production Gateway Account will only work with<\/span> real card numbers). This document is available to download from the Support | Downloads<\/span> section<\/span> of<\/span> the<\/span> MMS.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
