What information do I need to provide to get a merchant account with Payb?

Why do we ask about this? Per anti-money laundering regulations, we are obligated to know each company we do business with.

Set up Account

  1. Company Information:
    Company name; company registration number; company contact details; trade name – what name is your company known by?
  2. Company Ownership:
    We require any persons who own 25% or more of the company to provide documents as indicated below:
    - Names and contact information for the owner(s)
    - Identification of owner(s): in-date and legible (a photo/scan of licence or passport)
    - Home address, utility bill, statement.
  3. Business Bank Details – this is required to ensure payments go into your business account once your application has been successfully submitted.
